I see you keep reposting this, maybe hoping for different answers. Lots of men have long hair, so that doesn’t make you look like a girl. You are nearly and adult, so it won’t be long before you can make that decision for yourself.
Normally I’d say just do it anyway, but this is more of a religious thing right? There are different cultural things attached to that that a lot of us won’t get. The only thing you can do is be honest with your parents about how you are feeling, but I have a feeling you won’t be convincing them of anything.
Wear it up and wait until you are an adult then do whatever you want with it. If your friends are making fun of you, the problem is your friends, not your hair.

When you are independent of them, you will be able to do this. Until then, you will have to deal with them.
Since uncut hair is so important and meaningful in Sikhism, I don’t think you will be able to convince them.
