[TOMT] [Song or Poem] Trying to remember a song or poem that was set to the tune of Mozart’s 40th.

I have been searching for this for literally years. In 2019, my brother confirmed that I am not going insane, and that this is, in fact, a thing. He believes it was from a book that we had as children that was, essentially, a lyric book written to go along with various symphonies.
