Then, yes, her and anybody who trades using insider information.
Frankly, I think all congresscritters should have to divest or put their money in a blind trust. AT MOST maybe invest in index-based mutual funds, but even that can be manipulated as trump just showed.
If she participated in insider trading, then yes she should. I don’t care what political party someone is – you break the law, you need to be held accountable.

As long as there is evidence and it isn’t just Nancy Pelosi because she’s a Democrat.
