my internship workplace is a huge boys club

I (24F) just started an internship in a corporate bank, and it’s just. such a massive boys club. I have 2 other co interns, both men, my mentor is a man extremely high up the hierarchy, and he doesn’t seem to take me seriously at all. He hasn’t given me any time one on one at all, but he’s gone out of his way to chat with my co interns who are working in entirely different departments, there are just two women in my department and they’re very nice to me but since I don’t work directly under them it’s difficult to justify why I keep going to them, they don’t really have any information about the project I’m working on.

My co interns keep talking shit about the women we work with, both of them have women mentors and they don’t take their mentors seriously which I don’t understand because they seem like extremely competent people. My co interns are also actively excluding me, one of them is from the same uni as me and keeps talking to me really condescendingly about stuff that is going on at our uni even though I’m actually more involved than he is in terms of the position I hold.

I really don’t understand how to work through this. Our return offers are going to end up being based on how much they like us, straight up and this isn’t working out well for me.
