there is always more than one way to stimulate the muscles!
for example the pec deck is always being used- so alternatively you could do flat bench chest fly- and even if that’s taken you can use a yoga ball to lay on- AND EVEN IF THATS USED you can just lay on a yoga mat and do chest flys
I like using stuff that nobody uses so I can hog it- like doing a briefcase carry step up (with plate)

Worse than that? When they get on the station, whip out their cellphone and start scrolling…do 5 reps…then take out the phone again…
My family has a home gym, and somehow we all decide to do the same workout at the same time. Incredibly frustrating lol
