What do people often get wrong about your country?
Normally many stupid stereotypes, just a look through the posts in this sub regarding Mexico explains it.
Two things that people from the U.S. normally get wrong is that:
The rest of the world normally just gets number 1 wrong.
That Brazil speaks Spanish since it’s in South America.
That La Paz is “the highest capital city in the world”.
The capital of Bolivia has always been Sucre.
That Costa Rica is a cheap travel destination because we are in Central America.
Had someone I know surprised we eat pasta or any Italian food, they think all we eat are tacos…
