So I’m writing a research proposal on Black exploitation films and the effect on Black Men’s Sexuality. Specifically I’m diving into the films, Dolemite and Black Dynamite, however any movie will do. I am a black women but I would like the perspective of black men, however, I encourage anyone to comment. Thanks for y’alls time!!

I guess I am curious what the question is, exactly? Could you expand?
I can’t tell what you’re actually asking here. Additionally, aren’t the Dolemite films and Black Dynamite intentional pastiches of the genre? Their sexual themes are making fun of the sexuality of the flagships of the genre like Shaft and Sweet Sweetback’s Badass Song.
Honestly, if I were in your position, I’d look into hosting a campus movie night series and handing out surveys to collect data for whatever your research question is. Sounds like it would be both fun and useful for research.
