I look anywhere but at myself getting a cut, it freaks me out having to stare at myself for 30 minutes 😳

    Depends on if you’re chatting with your barber or not. I look at them through the mirror when talking and then at myself if they are just cutting

    My barber is nice enough to have tvs. He watches music videos. I take off my glasses so maybe mostly blurry splotches until I close my eyes.

    We have Pakistani barbers, good ones I may add. But, I choose to close my eyes and relax. I’m usually rounded off with a shave, a face scrub and then head and shoulder massage. A few drops of aftershave and hair oil afterwards, followed by a combing/brushing into shape and sent off with a friendly smile. I’m back every two weeks.

    I watch my own eyes. It’s weird seeing your image change right in front of you, I almost feel some sort of imposter syndrome until the cut is finished.
