Do women stare because they like me?

First of all, the title is to grab your attention. So, no hate please.

I live in Pakistan. I’m a 25 year old man. And I’ve been stuck over this thing for many many years. I’m 5’10 and considered goodlooking. Not because my mom said so. But because I ve gotten many compliments from females.

Now the thing is, every day when I go out. I get stares from many women. And the stares are not just a 1 second random gaze. But they do it repeatedly. The country I live in, Pakistan, is very conservative where women cannot express their feelings openly. And it is also frowned upon to just go talk to a random female. You might get a harrassment case just for trying to get her number. So i’ve never talked to a random woman on the street.

Now I’m stuck. Because I want to understand what the women are thinking when they do look at me? Is it curiosity? Is it affection? Or is it just accidental?

This question is for the women. If you find a guy attractive on a street? How do you portray that you’re interested? And do you want him to come talk to you or ask you out?
