I know this is a random question, and depends on the situation, but say on a night out you had just met someone who is a coworker who you don’t know, and doesn’t work in your office so will never cross paths. They spend the night flirting with you and trying to get with you. You were drunk and said no and nothing happened, but they were very touchy etc.
Generally, does the person doing the flirting think about it the next day or is it just forgotten? I’m sitting here thinking cringing thinking about him flirting and I’m wondering if he even remembers or cares as much as I clearly do because I’m still fucking thinking about it. He wasn’t that drunk at all. I’ve got the ick so badly tbh.

Probably like not even 30 minuets after the interaction. I used to be one of those guys trying to pickup girls on nights out and if a girl rejected me id move on to another girl very quickly and the first one would be off my mind completley
Your scenario is a far cry different than making a pss with someone you had just met. This was an office co-worker, who likely had their eyes on you for sometime. They saw an opportunity to finally make a move outside of the office and took it. Theyll probably be at least a little bummed for a few days about it.
If it was just a random person that caught your attention while at a bar or club? You might think on it for 5-15 minutes, if that, as you replay the moment to figure out if you made a mistake somewhere, and then its out of your memory for good.
