As a female, I hadn’t heard this term (or any related terms like incel, red pill etc) until I watched Adolescence on Netflix. Became really curious about this online community and wanted to find out what they say / how I might recognise people who subscribe to their ideals.
But stupidly, I can’t seem to find a great ‘source’.
Do these communities hide in plain sight? Are they labelled clearly? What channels are they generally on?

Don’t try find it, it will fuck up your algorithm. Try looking at some “motivation” or fitness pages they sometimes creep onto there.
Better Bachelor is a good source. If you want to go deep into it look up fresh&fit. The whatever podcast. Coach Gregg Adams/Free Agent lifestyle has some good content.
On Reddit there’s subs like “redpill”.
On YouTube, there’s Jordan Peterson or channels like “hoe math”. That’s probably the most basic “real” articulation.
From there there’s a lot of stuff like Andrew Tate and 4chan that will be difficult to understand because it’s hyperbolized edgelord trolling.
You probably would want to use incognito windows or something; political stuff tends to warp algorithms easily.
The reason manosphere stuff works is because there are some fundamental truths to it. It’s just hyperbolized everywhere.
There are some of real underlying root causes to male loneliness, and there’s some big issues in how dating culture and feminism have evolved – we’re at some points of crossroads bordering on hypocrisy.
There’s real conversation there, but people that have become bitter from it are like not awesome to talk to. Understanding the legitimate debate or points is worth if.
It’s one of those social media bubbles that the Youtube algorithm injects into your feed, when you come across and like a video of that scene. Suddenly they are all over your feed.

I’d urge you to stay away. But a lot of NoFap and Andrew Tate rhetoric is connected to this bullshit.
Once you start finding it, it will keep being fed to you. Doesn’t take much. I’m trying to course correct my algorithm by watching documentaries. Unfortunately it turned left and now it’s alien documentaries.
As a male, I’ve only ever heard these terms here on Reddit. In fairness, I don’t really use much other social media, which may explain it.
It’s not actually a real thing it’s just what leftists call people like Joe Rogan and other people that are pro men’s mental health. And crazy people they don’t like.
FD Signifier on YouTube has done lots of deep dives on them. O
“How to Radicalise a Normie” by Innuendo Studios (YouTube) is a little dated but tells you how they influence people in and does it fairly succinctly.
Contrapoints has a great youtube video on incels, you can check it out for an overview over the ideology.
