Everyday for breakfast I have coffee, a chobani yogurt, a banana, and a kind bar. For me it’s the easiest thing to just always have and to throw in my bag to bring to work.
Lordt breakfast is my jam! My go to is an egg white omelet with a bit of chopped onions, mushrooms, and spinach with some Sriracha on top. Sometimes I do the avocado toast with an egg over easy and make an iced coffee at home and it gets me going for the day.
If I’m on a time crunch I tend to do a yogurt bowl with bananas, strawberries, raspberries and blue berries and throw on some granola. I pair it with the light fit yogurt the toast coconut or strawberry one and it’s so good.
I start my day late-ish (9/10) so just coffee will basically hold me over till lunch.
If I have to start my day earlier then I try to eat something with significant protein. A single serving of full fat cottage cheese (add baby carrots, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes) or full fat skyr (add fruit and granola) has 19g of protein, which is 40% of how much my daily protein intake is supposed to be.
Overnight oats, yogurt, smoothies through the week with about half a protein shake in my coffee. Weekends I usually make hashbrowns with a breakfast meat or an egg casserole.

Steel cut oats cooked in soy milk with fruit and nuts, protein smoothie on the side
Or refried beans and air fried potatoes, for a savoury option

A breakfast sandwich with English muffin, egg, cheese and a protein shake. I eat that every day after my workout.

I work from home, so I can make my breakfast right before I login to work.
Two eggs scrambled, a protein shake, and some kind of fruit (grapes today).
Sometimes I’ll do a protein smoothie or a Greek yogurt bowl with fresh fruit and some Love Crunch granola on top.
