I get angry when people don’t respect my boundaries or when things feel unfair. I usually need some time alone to cool off. I don’t really show it outwardly at first but I can get impatient or snappy if it keeps building up.
Whenever I’m misunderstood it makes me so angry but mostly hurt. I’m usually only angry when I’m hurt. I tend to take it out on myself and punish myself though 🙁
