Cancun and Cabo San Lucas is full of people from the USA. It’s easy to assume that around half of them voted for a candidate that’s never been kind to Mexico or Mexicans.
These people probably hate them too, yet they travel to the very country they hate. That makes no sense to me.

It would be really funny if MAGA people got taken away by gangs from Cabo/Cancun to El Salvador.

On the other hand by traveling there they are paying into the Mexican economy.
