Medication should help. It sounds like you have unbalanced chemicals. That shit happens and it’s nothing to be ashamed of. It might take a few try’s but the right medicines are probably out there. There’s too much pleasure to be had in this life my friend to only feel pain. Better to get kinky with loving the pain than tear yourself up about it.
You may think you’ve endured the pain of a lonely life for a very long time. But, at 27, you have not.
I’m over twice your age, and I can identify with the mindset you’re in.
I’ve lived like a king, been with some amazing women, and I’ve been hospitalized twice to prevent myself from committing suicide.
If you kill yourself, you eliminate any chance of your life ever turning around and becoming amazing.
My suggestion: since you feel you have nothing to lose, throw caution to the wind and set out on an adventure he never thought you would take.
The only thing keeping you from going and finding a life that could make you glad to be alive, is the fear of not having enough creature comforts while you are on the journey.
Think about it. You would rather kill yourself than go hungry, be too hot or be too cold, and sleep under the stars or in a homeless shelter while seeing what the world has to offer.

Go to Islam. Islam translates to submission to Allah (The creator of existence). I identified with your post almost completely. So I chose Islam by the mercy of Allah, and life’s been far better than I ever could’ve imagined.

The person that said do something nice for somebody every day a lot of truth in it. I have excepted Jesus Christ as my Savior and I don’t have the hopeless feeling that I had before! If you have a Bible, please start reading it. Start in the new testament. Try to find a church preaches the word of God of the Bible. You go into a new church and nobody greets you, don’t go back! You are somebody! You are not a mistake you are created in God’s image. Start praying to God in Jesus name. Pour your heart out to God! Tell him exactly how you feel! If you except him as your Savior go to a Bible believing church and tell someone there. Look up Churches and ask someone to pray with you. If they don’t strike them off your list and move on. God has a place for you!
I would like to recommend two books that changed my life. The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle and The Untethered Soul by Michael A Singer. I’d recommend the audio books. I get the kindle and add Audible narration so I can swap between listening and reading. Listening to the authors narrate, helps catch the idea of the books, because you can hear it in their voices. I’ll even pay for it, if funds are tight, as long as you listen to the Power of Now tonight and let me know how feel tomorrow.
Build a drill and dig for water. Figure out what you lack to connect with others and acquire it. It’s a rough world, nothing is given for free, if you want a full cup, implement the machinations to fill it yourself.
I have never read words more true and hitting home than these!! The only real choice is to keep trudging through and wait for that sweet release!! Hang in there brother and keep putting one foot in front of the other!! It will end eventually!

Honestly I think one of the best things to get through this is to find someone you can openly talk to about everything. It doesn’t have to be a friend or family member, you could call a helpline, reach out on here, find a therapist, do some talking therapies.
The thing you need the most is to just let everything out. Venting in situations like this is good and part of the healing process. You will NOT feel like this forever – this is just a passing feeling no matter how strong it feels.
Even if you can’t find someone to talk to (you definitely can though) – write everything down. Even if it’s just in the notes on your phone or physically with pen and paper. Just let it all out.
If you want to talk privately I’ll listen – but just know you’re not alone and it does get better. This is just a really shitty, but passing moment.
