Obviously I’m not talking about the people that makes a cinema a hazard. Like setting fireworks and that stuff, those people should be arrested
But other than that is harmless stuff. Everyone in the cinema know what’s going to happen when that scene comes by this point so you aren’t bothering anyone.
Yes maybe the rooms are harder to clean, but you can fathom how much money the cinemas did make because of this bs?
You have tons of people going to see a movie that was not good to begin with. If this movie didn’t become a meme it would have been a huge box office disaster but now only the chicken jockey scene has made their revenue skyrocketed. Not only the tickets but the massive amounts of popcorn that are being sold to throw it out
Just hire a team exclusively dedicated to clean that room and hit the bank. I get that the minimum wage workers are pissed and overworked but that seems a management issue

Or alternatively don’t be an ass and throw food around. If it was just cheering and making noise, while annoying, would be way more understandable than trashing the place. Afterall if I was at your place and threw food everywhere just cause it was the trend at the time you wouldn’t be happy.
