For me it’s neurodivergent, it has become so popular for people to self diagnose themselves with it that it seems like everyone is now neurodivergent, but it takes away from the meaning of the word if the majority of people have it.

Neurodiversity covers a huge range of conditions that relate to the structure of the brain rather than the mind, ie. they are neurological rather than psychological (although they do throw up psychological problems)
As well as things like ADHD, autism, and PDD-NOS it includes many other conditions.
Virtually everything beginning with dys (eg. dysgraphia, dyscalculia, dyspraxia, dysgraphia, dysexecutive syndrome), alexithymia, and some that may surprise you like OCD and some forms of insomnia.
Many conditions that were thought of as psychological are now understood to be neurological and coupled with self advocacy, the internet, and a more open society these conditions are more in the public consciousness.
Self diagnosis is often the first step to a formal diagnosis but often people cannot get a formal diagnosis due to expense, availability, and cultural inertia.

Gaslighting someone deals with a specific instance of trying to get someone to doubt themselves and or their own experiences through cleverly crafted deception. The following is an example.
