Friend of mine from high school. We’re very good now, but he was my “arch nemesis” in college. He was always an asshole to me and always trying to fight me. I think his ex-gf may have said something positive about me once, prompting his behavior.
We actually had a fight (I lost) and we’ve been friends since. Also, his ex gf was a serial cheater / abuser. After she broke up with him, he went from a chronologically angry “tough guy” to a scared softie. A shell of the man he was tbh. I feel very bad for him.
Was in high school and my best friend felt bad for this one kid who was getting messed with, but what we didn’t know is that they had asked him multiple times to leave them alone and not sit with them because he was annoying them. So we started being friends with him hoping he would grow out of being an annoying and selfish jerk if we gave him a chance, seemed to be working for awhile until we got a group together to play dungeons and dragons and he would make the 2 girls in our group really uncomfortable. Then he started spreading rumors about us based on how our characters acted in game, and we stopped playing it with him. But that did not stop him from thinking we were really like the characters until my best friend found out why he was spreading the rumors and explained it to him, then he let it go for awhile before starting it back up whenever we brought girls around to try to make us look back. During this time he also did a bunch of very messed up things like getting jerking off in a public bathroom at our community college, at a different friend’s house after obsessively staring at his sister’s cleavage, and in the back of my van after he secretly drank a bottle of alcohol after puking up a street when we were all going out to eat.
The breaking point for me is when I came home after I transferred to a large university and graduated, and found out he had been telling stories to new people he met those stories but replaced himself with me. His friends started telling me about what he said about me, and my best friend and I just stared at each other and laughed. Then we both started setting the record straight and told the true stories about what really happened and who really did what, and an hour later by the time he came back from picking up food everything was straightened out and they ended up confronting him about lying. He got pissed, hit me in the face with a branch, I beat him up, and then he spent the next 3 years talking trash and lying about me and harassing me to anyone that would listen. Some of those people ended up confronting me about lies he spread until I told them the truth.
He also tried to kill my best friend by attempting to run him over with his car 2 years after he hit me with a branch and said some racist stuff about him, all because my friend got out of his car and refused to help him move because he was yelling at him for not letting him lie about things like he was always doing. He later admitted to one of our acquaintances and that he was hoping to get him to punch him so he could sue him and get him arrested, saying that the cops would believe him over my best friend because my best friend was black. After he got confronted and unfriended by everyone for doing that he started claiming he was pro BLM and anti racist, lying to everyone that would listen blaming me for his own actions and painting himself in a good image while putting us in his place in the stories he made. Again, him and I got confronted by random people he became friends with, and we both set the record straight with the result being him losing his new friends too.
Wish I never became friends with him, he was a huge piece of gnome looking shit.
Her son became a hacker for a mafia and a hate group and she started spying on my cell phone and they siphoning money out of my accounts. I bought a home, went to college, and had a baby, then plastic surgery. I cut her out of my life because she was HS dropout, highly insecure, and was intentionally sleeping with my exes to give them HIV. She was obviously jealous of me, and is still destroying my life with the mafia.
moved halfway across the country and needed a new football club. my neighbor was the starting goalkeeper before i joined and quickly took his place. his parents didnt even talk to my parents because of it and avoided me like the plague. he also left the club to play for our rival

I later found out we shared the same birthday.
He was a bully; he was a jerk. We did fight many times in the halls at schools. Anyone will tell you he’s a loud idiot… spend the entirety of high school given himself a rap name and always talked about releasing an album.
It’s been almost 20 years and I still see him around; we pretend not to notice each other.
I still think about how rude he was and how intimidating he tried to be.
I’m sure he’s been through a lot prior to me coming to that school.
My fathers second ex wife. She worked in mental health, used that to convince him I was faking symptoms of bipolar so that I didn’t get the care I needed because she was jealous that I was doing better than her kids. She then spent the next four years turning him against me to the point that even post divorce I have a distant relationship with him. Also, my father is my only surviving parent. She turned my only surviving parent against me.
Closest I’ve had is a work enemy. I had to work with an absolute halfwit, he got a manager job because he was the boss’ cousin and would constantly ask me how to do his job despite me being way below him in pay. Made homophobic “jokes” to me expecting me to laugh along (I am a straight passing bisexual man) and when I told him to fuck himself he complained to higher management before promptly being told to fuck off because he was clearly in the wrong. The bigger boss got fired eventually for throwing a drink at a customer but his shithead cousin stuck around for some reason.
He also lost his license for drink driving (it was a pub btw so highly inappropriate) and bragged about it for some reason. Everyone immediately and constantly violated him constantly to his face for being a fuckwit drink driver. God knows why he wasn’t fired.
Tiny thing but he tried to convince me that ice melts faster in cold water than warm water, after 10 mins of his condescending bullshit I got a mug of regular water and one of boiling water and put an ice cube in each. In less than 5 seconds it melted and all he had to say was “oh fair enough”.
