Since apple seeds are poisonous once crushed. Would it have an effect on a human body if consumed once crushed and put in food?
What if I were to crush 5 – 10 apple seeds then put them in food or water?

No, I think you would need a lot more seeds than this.
While apple seeds contain cyanide, the amount is typically very small. Eating a few apple seeds is unlikely to cause any harm. However, consuming a large number of apple seeds (over 150) could potentially lead to cyanide poisoning.
You’d have a but of a weird texture due to the 5 to 10 crushed apple seeds
You would have a stomach ache but after a couple shits you’d be fine. I forgot to cut out the core of an apple making smoothies once and my stomach hurt but am still here.
They contain cyanide but it takes a lot more then that many.
You would have Appleseed tea
Many folks eat the entire apple, seeds and all.
are you trying to get advice on how to kill someone?
I’ve known people to eat 2 whole apples at a time. Core, seeds and all. They lived a long happy life. I’ve also eaten apricot seeds by the handful. Not even so much as a belly ache. Believe non of what you hear and half of what you see.
The tiny amounts of toxins in apple seeds aren’t enough to do anything unless you save up a LOT of them. I usually eat apples whole. There’s even some old research that claims the alkaloid compounds in them have positive effects. But, just like the toxins, it’s probably not enough to matter.
Modern cultivars of apples sood in shops have no cyanide in the seeds, making the seeds completely safe to eat. You have to go back to ancient varieties like the crab apple to get any cyanide. Essentially heirloom varieties, heritage cultivars.
Many times in my life I have eaten 5 to 10 apple seeds with no ill effects whatsoever.
I read one time that some cultures ate all of their fruit seeds. They said that these people had relatively no cancer. Is it true? No clue but I found it interesting.
