I’m getting blackmailed with my nudes and idk what to do

r/

I’m M19 and I decided to send this “girl” nudes and she saved them to camera roll and it was actually a guy the whole time which btw is gay asf cuz you’re just having other guys send you dick pics. He saved them, messaged me all my family members names and said if I don’t pay him he’s gonna send the picture (which doesn’t have my face in it) to my whole family which is fucked and I don’t want that because it pretty obvious that it’s me because it’s a picture of me flexing just with the phone infront of my face. He asked for the money getting aggressive and impatient and I sent him the money and he wanted more so he said he would wait until I got paid again and I paid him again thinking it was the last time I as ever gonna talk to him and he said he’s gonna wait again so idk what to do please help me like I don’t have any information on this guy at all idk what to do.

Own up to it, let him send then nudes and prove to your family that you don’t negotiate with gay terrorist.

  3. Impressive_Bat_7442 Avatar

Does anyone know how this happens? How did they get all his contacts. Asking for a friend who doesn’t want this to happen to him.

You can go to the police and/or you can fess up to your family that you did something really, really stupid. You never, ever include revealing details if you send nudes.

He’s not going to stop. He’s going to keep extorting you. I know it’s a fat L to swallow, but being honest about it and dealing with the embarrassment will be short lived. No one in your family actually wants to see your dick. If they receive your nudes, they’ll likely go “ew, disgusting Physical_Total19” and then try to forget about it.

Lesson learned: don’t send nudes to random girls you don’t know, especially if you get tricked into thinking it’s a guy.

    Hit up the police.

Just block the scammer and move on. It’s very unlikely he is actually going to send anything anywhere. He doesn’t gain anything from showing your dick to your family. The only thing he is interested in is your money. This is not going to stop, no matter how much you pay. The only thing that will work is to just block him. He will probably contact you from other numbers, block as well and at one point he will give up.

If he really does send out the pictures, I would just say it’s AI generated and somebody is pulling a prank on you or something like that. Even if he really sends them out, paying more won’t help. At one point you will run out of money and then he will send it anyway if he really follows through. Again this is really unlikely.

You can go to the police if you want, but nothing will come from it. These people are not even on the same continent as you, the money is gone and the police will just open a case that never goes anywhere.

Hey man had the same thing happened to me years ago. Told him to go ahead and do it and I was nervous af. Nothing ever happened tho.
    Good luck

I know you’re a M19 and all you have to your name is your dignity or whatever – a life lesson that has really worked in my favor is “Stop having shame over yourself.” Cool, it’s a photo of your dick. Some dude “hacked” you and was a big fucking weirdo and took your dick photo. He’s the pervert in this scenario, not you.

(Also, to be clear, i don’t mean pervert as any slam against the queer community. I mean pervert is as “why is anyone obtaining non-consentual nudes to begin with?”)

Knew a guy that has this happen to him. He called their bluff and then everyone in his family had the nude photos sent to them.

  11. policygeek80 Avatar

Tell them you are 17 and you will report to police if they do not destroy the images immediately. Should be enough to scare them

Don’t give a flying fuck about him, tell him your family say you shirtless many times and u don’t care about them seeing it. Else, he’ll keep blackmailing you OP! Pls take care, I know it must hurt u a lot.

  14. big_bob_c Avatar

First, stop paying, because he will never stop demanding money if you keep sending it.

Then tell your parents. You are a teenager, this isn’t the first dumb thing they have seen you do and won’t be the last.

  15. HairyIntention5317 Avatar

Same thing happened to my brother. Call their bluff, dont send anything to them and block them. See if they actually do what they say they will. My brother’s scammer didnt do anything other than threaten

  16. Alert-Customer6291 Avatar

you can go to the police or sit down your parents and tell them what happened. you were deceived by a scammer. they can’t really be mad at you for that.

  17. Hot_Revolution_2850 Avatar

either report it to the police or block the person and if they do leak it just say that it’s AI

  18. Soggy_soft_banana Avatar

It’s a common scam. Even if you send him the money he’ll just keep asking. Probably doing it to dozens of people right now. Block and stop messaging, and take it as a lesson for the future. Police won’t do anything either, nothing they really can do. Probably located in some scam center abroad

  19. Bleacherblonde Avatar

It’s a scammer. Block and ignore. They do this to people all the time.

Don’t send nudes to anybody. But for real- click search and type blackmail nudes and you’ll see.

  20. SnooMaps2927 Avatar

I can’t believe you actually sent them money twice. I would just block

  21. Hypno_Keats Avatar

    Options:

    1. Pay him (stupidest option as he’ll keep asking)
    2. Call his bluff
    3. Threaten to report him to the police for blackmail
    4. Actually report him for blackmail
  22. ParentPostLacksWang Avatar

“Hey family/friends, someone hacked me and got some nude photos I took of myself for laughs. They’re threatening to send them out if I don’t pay them a bunch of money. I’m not paying them anything, and I’m blocking them. I don’t think they’ll actually send them, but heads up.”

Then block the prick and move on. For stuff like this it is ALWAYS better to get ahead of it and not live under a cloud.

Remember, the threat they’re making is illegal – but actually sending out the nudes is a whole other crime, and one it’s much easier to catch them for. They aren’t likely to bother. BUT, if they feel antagonised, they might, so give everyone a heads up. It will also help remind your friends and family to be more careful online.

Act confident and say the following. Do you have any idea how easy it is to track an IP address in 2025? Go ahead and get charged with a felony if you’d like, I’m going to the police now

  24. Choochm8 Avatar

Just block him & don’t say anything

  25. Sauterneandbleu Avatar

I have a friend who was in exactly that situation for a couple of years. She ended up paying him over 3,500 to sit on her nudes over a couple of years. When she finally came clean to her family, they were so upset that she had been too afraid to come clean before and they rallied around her and helped her make the call to the police. The guy was arrested in a different country and put behind bars. Everybody makes mistakes. It’s okay. Tell your folks and then call the police.

  26. Spazn3905 Avatar

Just go tell your parents what’s happening and own up to it! You are 19 for fucks sake! Time to grow up and live with whatever consequences comes your way for all the actions you do. That’s life and this is a life lesson to think with your top head not your bottom head moving forward. We’ve all had to grow up sometime and you got lucky and learned a valuable lesson at a young age! Your family will still love you at the end of the day, and would want you to tell them what’s going on and solve this situation together instead of you spiraling down in this. Which can be dangerous for your mental health and your wallets health!

  27. mrcfrost Avatar

Ok so if you live in North America what he’s doing is illegal.

Get the police involved. Chances are you’re going to lose anyway either your money, or your dignity.

Let him lose his freedom for a hot minute

  28. PsycheAsHell Avatar

Honestly, I’d probably lie and say “Well now you’ve done it I’m gonna kms” and send a google image of a firearm just to see if that might make them back off. Regardless, I wouldn’t send them any more money, and I’d tell my folks it’s AI, and they’d probably believe it.

You’ll get past it regardless. Shit happens, and it’s unfortunate and probably really stressful, but this won’t ruin your life.

But hey, if they’re gonna try to fuck with your life, then you might as well try to traumatize them in return.

  29. SgtKeeneye Avatar

He’s committing a federal crime. Get him arrested.

  30. FewerEarth Avatar

Either block or go to the police, you’re 19, if your parents end up involved it’s because you’re involving them.

  31. Relevant_Cover9189 Avatar

I guilt tripped him when this happened to me, pulled off a masterclass of a performance

  32. Appa-LATCH-uh Avatar

    “which is low-key gay asf”

It’s honestly hard to feel all that bad for you, really, but it’s still fucked up. Your options are to just deal with the consequences or call the cops. Ta-da.

  33. ItalianStallion009 Avatar

Well how’s it look? If it looks good just allow it bro.

  34. HazelTheRah Avatar

Take the wind out of his sails. Tell him you told your family you’re being blackmailed and they are seeking the advice of a lawyer and then the police. Then block them.

Or maybe tell your family that this crazy person made some AI photos of you and they’re blackmailing you with them.

  35. Redratfish1 Avatar

This is actually a pretty common scam. I had a buddy in this exact situation and unfortunately I got sent his pics. Talking with him afterwards he recommends:

    1. Go to the police regardless. But especially if he actually sends it to your family. You have nothing to lose at that point, and scum like him deserve to be prosecuted.
    2. If you pay him, there’s nothing stopping him from demanding more, and then eventually sending them. Thats what happened to him. Blocking or ignoring is the best bet
    3. If you want to just bite the bullet, tell your friends and family you screwed up and got catfished and to block this dude to avoid the risk of them needing to bleach their eyes.

It’s probably super embarrassing, I get that. But ultimately as long as you don’t pay him, you’re still in control, and the only thing you even potentially lose is having to eat a small piece of humble pie and warn your loved ones. Hopefully they are as understanding as me and my friends are with my buddy and now we just laugh about it.

  36. IcyEmployment5 Avatar

Idk but if I were you I’d rather get chewed out by my parents and get thrown out for a few days rather than pay a buck to blackmail. Sure send the pictures, I’ll just warn my family so they can take care of it and then I’ll get fucked for my stupidity but it’s far better than paying anything and letting him have this power over you. Paying him does nothing about the picture as you see he still has it and still uses it it’s quite literally useless to pay.

    • you owe up to your mistake and if anything it shows a tiny bit of responsibility to your parents if you’re scared of how they see you. Stupid, but responsible.

If you’re scared of the picture leaking on the internet, there is so much better, hotter porn out there than your thing, no shade of course but we’ve got literal models running a show out there, you’ll be fine. Any dude looking at it is gay, any girl looking at it knows u’re packing or isn’t interested in seeing another dude’s dick, she can just open her DMs.

  37. gkigger Avatar

That’s called revenge porn and it’s absolutely against the law. I’d tell him to send em and you’ll call the cops.

  38. Firm-Accountant-5955 Avatar

Why would he ever stop blackmailing over this? Don’t send him anything and cease contact. This is unfortunately a common scam. There is basically no recourse because they are probably in a different country. Open up to someone you trust about what is going on. You are a victim and you don’t need to suffer alone in this.

  39. klgw99 Avatar

Block them. This is a really common scam. Most of the time they don’t actually do anything.
