If you’re lashing out so much that you can mark a noticeable increase in your lash outs caused by anything, not just coffee, then I would say the issue is more with emotional management than with what you are consuming.
I haven’t heard of this but if this is true then you might be more sensitive to caffeine. It wouldn’t be the coffee itself. I would suggest cutting back until you find it more manageable
I lash out until I get my coffee. I use to walk into the office and a dozen people would hit me up at the door (IT Dept) and I’d always be like with my stop hand up: If you don’t want me grumpy and want to actually fix your problem your gonna have to wait until I get my Coffee 🙂

you should probably consult with a medical professional instead, that’s not normal. The normal amount is 0 in both cases

Can you consider having decaf coffee? There are many quality decaf options now. You can ask over in r/coffee too
