If you haven’t already I would advise you to confide in a loved one if you feel safe. Also look if there are any support systems in your country available for victims of sex crimes. Some also offer specific resources for male victims.
A therapist would also likely be helpful. Some specialise in sex crimes but even just one who focuses on sex in general will likely be able to help you process it and deal with any effects

Even for women, there’s a little part of us that thinks “it won’t happen to me”, especially if we’re cautious, careful, do everything right, etc. Fact is, it can happen to anyone, regardless of gender or occupation, and can even still happen when you’re sure you’re prepared for it or equipped to handle it. If you can, please report it. And if you can’t, at the very least talk to someone about it – a therapist, a loved one, someone you trust. The trauma can be debilitating if left unaddressed. Take care of you, you’ll be okay.
