I just got done watching a video about how the CCP is using TikTok and social media in general for propaganda. In the video, they stated stuff that the Chinese government does which is easily also reflected in the American one. (For example social media to push political things, the same way the American tv media did during elections and all the money used to hire voices etc.
It’s so crazy how people on one side only see their side, and will go out of their way to see an opposing opinionated person as the worst of the worst because the party they support is has this flaw and that flaw, while completely glossing over the fact that they are just as liable to be flawed.
No clue if any of this makes sense.
Anyways, WHY can’t people see both sides of the coin? Why is it okay to turn a blind eye on your sides shortcomings but not the others?
Is ignorance just bliss?
