I’m visiting Orlando area and very surprised at how many agencies are hiring. I always thought FL is a very LE pro state and it would be very full. I have a PT test scheduled for next month in my home state up north but would like to possibly try here as well. How’s the environment here and any agencies that would do couple steps together for out of state applicants ? I looked at the sheriff websites already and wanted to come here for more guidance .

Texas and Florida are the two best places for LE in the country right considering the political climate. There are a bunch of agencies that offer consolidated testing for out of state applicants you just have to research the municipal, county and state agencies in the areas you want to work.
