Hi all!
My mom is a big deal hunter. Today she picked up a pair of $170 boots that were on sale for $20 at a store closing sale.
The problem is, they’re two different sizes.. one is a men’s 8 and the other is a men’s 9
She says she has always wanted a pair like them, and that she will wear an extra sock on the big one lmao.
She wanted me to post and ask if other people would have made the same decision, would you have bought the boots or not?

I… no, I would not but honestly, but that’s me. I truly think that if she’s okay with walking around with two different sized feet (most people probably won’t even notice, but if they do they likely wouldn’t assume the extra sock thing) then that deal is a steal and your mom rocks.
If her feet are slightly different sizes, then it’s not crazy. But if they are the same size, then that’s a bit weird..
Are her feet different sizes? If so then it makes sense, but if not then, well using the wrong size of footwear for extended periods could cause issues with your back or knees, and if there are any other differences between the shoes, that could cause other issues as well. If she doesnt walk for very long with them, then it probably wont be an issue
This could potentially cause issues with her joints and feet, as having larger shoes will affect the way she walks
Men’s sizes are 2 below women’s. That means those would be a woman’s 10 and a woman’s 11. Is your Mom a size 10 or 11? I wear a 7 for women, and a 5 for men.
