I got married a few months back and I’m making a small album for my mom and dad and just not sure what photos to include exactly. Seems silly but I am guessing they (mostly my mom) feel differently about what she wants to see than I do. She doesn’t love how she looks but obviously I will include photos of her. Also my mom has a large family and my dad has none so it feels skewed and I don’t want my dad to get sad (he lost both parents within 3 weeks of each other a months before the wedding so that sucked)
I was originally downloading the nice pics they are in, standard ones: with grandparents, siblings, us, etc. but I feel like parents like to see pictures of their kids more than themselves? Probably more than I’d like to see pictures of my parents vs pics of my husband and I (since they are both currently alive and well. I’m guessing when I’m old I’ll want both equally so I am obvi still getting those too)
Would they want a few pictures of my husband and I celebrating if they aren’t in it?
Should I include pics of their friends that went? I don’t have a lot of money to make them this huge album so I’m nervous of messing this up
