[TOMT] A Horror Movie I Watched As A Kid

Hello Reddit! I need help identifying a horror movie I watched years ago, when I was around 10/11ish years old. I’ve tried for years to search for this movie all over the internet and have had no luck. I only remember certain things about it because I watched it when I was super sleepy in the early hours of the morning.

I will post what I know in bullet points. Please help me out!!

• The movie was released before 2010

• I’m certain the movie was American made, as I don’t remember subtitles being on it. However, I cannot remember any dialogue spoken

• There is a family in some kind of SUV/truck. A mother, father and daughter. I’m certain there was also a son, but he could have actually been the daughters boyfriend

• The villains of the movie were a middle-aged heterosexual couple, about 40 years old maybe. The man had thinning, almost bald hair and the woman had a brunet bob cut

• The woman villain was pregnant

• The villains drove an RV

• There is a scene where the villains stop behind the families truck and the woman is seen bending down by the back tyre in the wing mirror. It turns out she punctured the tyre with a big nail, OR it could have been a tent peg

• The family lose the stalker villains and head to a small camping area to sleep in a tent. They’re awoken to the sound of an RV approaching, which turns out to be the villains

• There is a long wide shot of the Male villain running towards the camera from the opening of a pine forest. His mouth is open and he’s brandishing an axe

• The final fight is near a shallow creek, which the male villain dies and bleeds into
