How did you cure your overactive thyroid? What food to cure it asap 100%?

r/

So for the past 4 years I been eating a lot of junk, frozen food cuz I used to live in dorm. 7 months back I had a random anxiety attack and since then everyday, I feel really breathless and the feeling my yawn is stuck EVERY min it’s so exhausting. It makes me have panic attacks and I feel dizzy and numb like I’m going to die. 2 months ago I recently found out my thyroid was higher than usual they didn’t tell me which one I have or how to fix it..

This is a hormonal problem, originating in the pineal gland, deep in the brain, and affecting the thyroid, which over-produces thyroid hormones. You MUST get medical treatment to balance your thyroid. See your doctor. Read books by Mary Shomon if you need to read research. Her books will also cover nutrition and exercise regimens. You cannot cure this alone. Do not believe holistic BS, it will make things worse. Thyroid disease is not a psychological issue.
