So for the past 4 nights l’ve
accidentally fell asleep and then woke up like 1 or 2 hours later and then can’t sleep for about 4 hours or longer after and I’m really starting to get pissed.
What I mean by accidentally is I don’t sleep at 12 every night then wake up at 10 and have a good sleep schedule I just sleep when I can and then wake up but I hate this so much and sometimes I can fix it for like a month but then I stay up to late and then l’m fucked. So anyway when I said accidentally I was really tired because I was trying to fix my sleep schedule because I’ve got school soon (I’m 16 btw) but it was only around 9 so I didn’t want to sleep yet because I know I will get up at 7 and be super tired but then I accidentally fell asleep then woke up 1 hour later and I’m still awake. Hope this made sense and if anyone knows how to fix this please tell me. Thanks
I keep waking up randomly at night, can anyone help?
