Maybe try to make plans with the person you’re attached to so that you can look forward to a future meeting? That way when you’re missing them you can be more assured that you’ll see them again
I don’t think that’s embarrassing! More often than not people will appreciate your company.
I am the same way. But over the years I have realised you should never change it. Instead find similar people like yourself! Trust me there are alot.
You have severe codependency issues most likely from childhood trauma. Figure out what that was and get by it the best you can. And remember, love YOU first.
