[TOMT] [MOVIE/GAME] Scene where a character, possibly bad guy, gets mutated, or transformed.

The character is shown and is a face with the rest of his body stretched out, but I think there is a computer helping him survive, or he’s speaking through the computer. I thought it was Ted Faro in Horizon: Zero Dawn, but when I looked it up, apparently they never showed his body when they found him, according to Google…
