I’m not sure what this means. Like. What do I consume despite knowing it’s not a good idea? Or what do I consume without really having a reason for it?
I mean. Sometimes when I’m feeling snacky, I’ll eat a couple of Pop Tarts knowing they’re way too high in sugar and will make my blood glucose shoot into the sky without actually satisfying whatever craving I have.
