What are some brands of hand cream/balm for working hands that truly doesn’t leave a residue that turns slimy when wet?

I have tried at least a dozen that are great until my hands get wet an hour later and now they are slippery. I work grounds, am in the mud constantly. My co workers and myself have constantly cracked hands due to hard water and drying mud. I’m looking for advise from concrete workers, farmers, etc. Gloves are a waste of time. I’ve tried Working Hands, Cornhuskers, Bag balm, used motor oil, and a bunch of other stuff. Thanks!
