Hi, My name is Steven. I’m currently going through the ringer of alcohol withdrawal. For the past few months my alcohol consumption has been pretty high. I go through 75% of a bottle of patron a night usually. Most of the time I stretch out a 750ml bottle for 2-3 days. I’ve never been a drinker, until this year. I’ve had not a particular super hard life, but I’ve taken my fair share of loss/regret, etc. It’s currently 2:25 a.m. as I write this. I woke up feeling dizzy with a pounding headache and a racing heart. I wouldn’t recommend this feeling to anyone. Sorry for rambling just needed to vent.

You can do it
Can you get some medical attention? It’s extremely dangerous and can be fatal detoxing off alcohol. They will make you more comfortable going through it so it’s not so tough. Best of luck! đŸ’ª
Good luck mate, it will get better at some point. You’ve got this.
Hey! Long time sober guy here. Get hydrated w electrolytes and eat something first. Look up a local AA meeting and Sit and listen for a meeting or two. I’m sorry you are in this mess but it is understandable… things change! Hang in there!
