Watching Wildlife Documentaries

r/

I just watched the Secrets of the Penguins on tv. I love nature shows but I really hate it when one of the animals is hunted by a predator. I know it’s the circle of life but it’s so hard to watch a little penguin get killed by a giant sea lion even though I know the sea lion has to eat and the penguins just terrified and ate a bunch of sardines. Sea lion will probably be harpooned by an Inuit or a polar bear will get them.

Is this ridiculous thinking?

No, it sucks, but… ya know like you said ‘circle of life’.

In order for something to live, something else must die, which is the circle of life

It’s unfortunate but the way life goes
