AMA/Reclast medication for osteoporosis

Hi everyone. I just got my first infusion of Reclast for osteoporosis. I am so sick today with chills and fever-flu like symptoms. The brochure that they gave me says that will happen. Does anyone have experience with this medication and know how long these symptoms will last? I know we’re all different and experiences are unique to each of us. And it doesn’t help that I also have CRPS . Thank you.🌻
