I Have Worked for years to get a Six Pack — But Nobody Has Ever Seen…

r/

I’ve wanted a six pack since I was a chubby little chub-chub bitty boy, when even my hands were fat. I saw movies where leading men have six packs, and it really turned me on to see girls’ eyes grow wide as they run their hands down the rigid grooves. So, I’ve worked out for years and dieted and basically starved myself. Eventually, I gave myself that six pack. — But I really fucking suck at talking to girls. It’s been years that I’ve had a six pack, and nobody has ever seen it. I don’t take photos with my shirt off because I’m not a doucher, and I don’t tell anybody how much I work out, and I don’t really pressure or hit on girls that much… so nobody has ever seen my six pack. Secretly, I want one to praise my hard work so fucking badly.

I guess your personal goal this summer will be hanging out at the beach and showing off!! You deserve to feel good about yourself

You need to start going to events that have less clothing on lol. The public pool, host a beach themed party, go to an actual beach, sign up for beach volleyball – sports or group games are great for meeting up.

Go to the beach or pool. That’s really the only place it would be natural to be shirtless anyway maybe do some sort of group outing to a beach or waterpark and have some group photos, if you need pics, then you are a fun interesting guy and not a douche taking shirtless selfies

Hit the beach bud. That’s like painting a masterpiece but keeping it in your basement and not showing it to anyone.

I’ve seen dudes on hiking trails going shirtless. Seems acceptable.

I was like you .. then I learned that girls attraction is not physical … They are attracted to behavior.

    • physical helps but because that triggers confidence to behave like how an attractive male would behave.

When you stop relying on other people’s reaction … That’s when they will be attracted to you.

Now to get good is for you to start approaching instead of waiting for someone to approach you.

1 way to talk to anyone. Just find a topic they can relate to. Let’s say you go to the beach. Ask something about sunscreen and if you’re getting an enthusiastic reply after talking for a bit throw in how it’s a little touch to apply sunscreen on your back. Maybe a nice girl will offer to help you apply it. It’s okay be nervous or even seem nervous. The biggest thing is not to seem like you’re just trying to fuck. Just enjoy company and keep that mentality. Use the chance to show who you are. People will find you attractive.

We’ll take a picture and post it on here. We’ll be the judge if you have one or just just blowing smoke.

Never do it for someone else. You and you alone are responsible for your happiness.

FWIW I know several people who have had 6 packs (I had a 4 pack myself), and they all agreed that maintaining it was too much work for too little payoff. It affected their mood the most, and they’ve all had some long-term effects due to it in one form or another. My own cutting / low body fat regimen was so restrictive I’m never going back.

What are your top 3 pieces of advice for anyone seeking to follow your path (at least the ab part)?

Go jogging shirtless, swimming like others have said. Just remember the sun screen!

let this be a lesson, you need to both talk the talk and walk the walk. It’s not easy, but you’ve done half of it already
