If you’re working out, focus on back and legs, something like rows, deadlifts, and squats will fix your posture without thinking about it. If you’re not working out yet, start!
6’6″
Keep your shoulder blades back, try to touch them together.
Head up, don’t let that neck angle down.
At the end of the day, deadhang and let your spine stretch out those gravitational forces built up through the day.
Hang around other tall people so you’re not hunched over. When I get around my relatives everyone is 6’+ so I’m not spending all my time hunched over and leaning.

It’s hard, people around me was average 6ft..their design, bus seat, door height.. Better watch my head
I don’t. I’m only 6 foot 2 but everything still feels too small.
I avoid sitting as it usually results in slouching (cause the backrest is never high enough)
a good question for r/Netherlands
Can’t even take care of mine at 5’3″ 🤷🏼♀️
As a tall person myself: stretches, core exercises, moving/working out, trying not to slouch, avoid sitting all day
6’3 and a tile setter so bad posture all day. I try to hold my shoulders back when I walk so I’m not slouching
Mostly by apologizing to door frames and pretending slouching is a personality trait.
