I went to maccas today to grab a quick lunch before a meeting and this lady was ahead of me in line. I hear the worker asking to take her order and she’s like yeah gimme a second I’m not sure. She fucking spends 5 minutes making up her mind.
How about you figure out what your goofy ass wants, then go to the drive thru and not waste anyone’s time? It’s actually bizarre that people do this. This is nowhere close to being the first time. Better yet, put your order on the app like everyone else does.

Yeah mate I was at the maccas and I knew straight away I wanted some vegemite on my burger but when the wait was too long I decided to throw some shrimp on the Barbie instead.

Problem with me is I can’t do this cause it will take me like 30 minutes to choose what I want because I know there’s no rush to order but if I choose in the line it takes a lot less time to choose because I know other people are waiting and I don’t want to waste their time.

The menu used to be before the speaker. Now it’s like half menu and you cant look at it until it’s your turn. I’d they would put a menu board up approx 2 cars back, I could look and calculate, before I get to the speaker.

Nah. The problem here isn’t pulling up not knowing what you want. The problem is taking 5 mins to decide. A normal person should be able to pick something in 20s or less.

The thing that I like about my local maccas is that there’s two driveways side by side and only one employee taking the order, so once the car in front of me finished placing their order and I pull up next to the speaker, I’ve got about a good 20 seconds to a minute to decide what I wanna get before it’s my turn to place my order.
Although yeah, I already have a rough idea of what I want to get before arriving at the drive-thru anyway.
