Would distribution of marijuana as a minor(15/16), 10 years ago (small amount, multiple times, never caught/charged) be grounds for for failing a background and/or polygraph test? As well as retail theft (Theft 3) also 10 year ago and charges dropped. I would prefer to DM someone for more details but general advice/answers are appreciated. Thank you and stay safe.
