No. I have before, though. What does help is going at a time that is not crazy busy. I hate going to the gym when there are 1000 people in one little area all fighting for the same equipment
Something really helpful is having a gym buddy to go with. It helps when you have someone to motivate you, get you hyped to work out, and to keep you consistently going! Also it’s nice to go at times when its not busy, i usually go at midnight lol

Used to, but now I just put on Mobb Deep’s Shook Ones Pt II and stomp right in that place.
Yes this was me for so long. Now I just avoid gyms all together. You never know who is gonna be filming you and making fun of you.
Add the 2 hours PRIOR to getting in the car to drive to the gym to sit for another 30 minutes… so yes. I do!!
