Cutting out Carbs
Take a few minutes of quiet to reflect on my day and figure out if there is anything I can change next time to make my life easier.
drinking enough water DAILY, taking deep breaths to distress, and stretching every day.
Taking a few moments of silence at the end of the day to decompress, putting a gentle lotion on your face after the shower, and drinking at least 3 Liters of water daily.
SPF!! Applying and reapplying sunscreen every single day has drastically improved my skin
What I wanna know is, is skin care a fad and we are just naturally blessed with good skin or do the products actually work?!
Toilet Tuesdays.
Usually I deep clean and tidy in bursts. I’m not filthy, but could probably be more consistent with cleaning.
So…. Toilet Tuesdays. I wipe down the bathroom sink and toilet, then sweep. Takes two minutes and I feel a little more human after.
