[TOMT] women die(?)in car crash movie(?)

When I was younger my mom watched what I think was a movie like final destination maybe it was. I remember a scene with a few women in a car driving down the road hanging out the window and having their legs and arms out the window.like on a kinda country road. a guy was driving at them the opposite direction and he gets up next to their car and rips all their arms and legs whatever off with his car. maybe it was the beginning of the movie idk honestly.
