the age of consent is 16 here, i was 17 and he was 15.
he told me he was 16 over snap, so i said yeah sure let’s talk since he’s near my age why not? we ended up going to a party together. he’d constantly come up to me, ask me if im drunk yet, be touchy etc. it got to the point that i was blackout drunk, and i mean BLACKOUT. he brought me into a bush, and did it there. i was fainting over and over again during.
after that, i never heard from him again. but his sister would harass me, calling me a pedophile. that’s when i found out he was 15. i wouldn’t even be FRIENDS with a 15 year old.
i feel so disgusting and i don’t know if it’s my fault and i can’t tell if ive committed statutory rape or not because i didn’t know his age, and i was also under the influence to the point of fainting while he did it.
this also happened twice, two separate times. i was an alcoholic and drug addict and both times i was barely functional.

Second it wasn’t consensual and u were probably incapable of counting to 10 when it happened so even if by some chance you said yes and can’t remember he’s in the wrong.
Third press charges because nothing will happen to u and u can still probably provide proof. U will not get in trouble for underage drinking. Only providers get any serious charges. Worst case scenario u get a slap in the wrist for being drunk.
When I black out I don’t remember anything. It’s like that for most people.

I’m sorry it happened, nothing more I can do ofc, but ask Why’d you go back after the first time? Take this as a life lesson, if it happens once always report it, never go back. I don’t like rapist, my dad is one, he did that to my sister when she was 14, because she saved me from almost being thrown out the second floor staircase when I was 3 years old by him. Make sure to go to the police, fuck him, you shouldn’t care what he says, get a rape kit done and it’ll be proof he did it, you don’t need witnesses if you have the kit.

I’m not sure of your location, which may change how comfortable you feel telling people. First, I encourage going to authorities, just because he is a minor does not mean this is not rape. Some places have things like R+J laws (in some us states, being within 2 years regardless of whether someone is a minor makes the relationship legal. at least thats my understanding, feel free to correct if im wrong).
I was 15 when a 13 year old boy raped me. He quite literally held me down (He was much bigger than me in size and also stronger), covered my mouth and wouldn’t stop. You are not alone in these types of situations, there are people you can reach out to who will help you. Please tell his family what he has done to you and make him accountable. He won’t go to prison because of his age, but there will DEFINITELY be consequences.

So many women do not understand how strong teenage boys are. Even scrawny ones are stronger then a lot of woman. Testosterone is a big deal and girls that grow up without brothers do not understand this.
I remember my mother would arm wrestle my brothers and by the time they were 10 they consistently beat her and all thier friends could beat her. They were were children and my mother was very very strong. But average size 5’5 130lb. She was taller have more visible muscle and weighed more, then those little boys.
But those little boys had testosterone and they were strong.
