Eggs.
10 minutes to boil them.
5 minutes to scramble them in a bowl and cook them in the microwave (2 minutes in the microwave, the other 3 is prep time).
Look up “oh she glows oats” recipe, it makes 2 servings when u add some kind of fruit (I use sliced bananas) healthy and I’m not hungry for hours
Sometimes I’ll make a quick fruit smoothie before I go to work. I’ll blend a banana, blueberries, almond milk and plain Greek yogurt and it doesn’t take long at all. Smoked salmon or just a cup of yogurt and berries are other options. Very no fuss!
Black coffee
You could do the Japanese thing and make a rice ball. There are classic ingredients, but you can jam pretty much any leftovers inside. The key is to wet your hands and put some salt on them…makes ’em extra tasty.
Scotch
Get up earlier, I have eggs and porridge.
Bacon might be nice but it’s easy to burn and stink the house out causing unwanted tasks.
Dozen eggs + lunch meat + egg whites meal prepped the night before. Portioned out using a measuring cup. Eat with a piece of toast or a tortilla. Worthy investment of your time.
Before bed, make overnight oats in a jar and refrigerate. My current version is 1 c oatmeal, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder, a little more than 1 c oat milk, and either frozen fruit (thawed by morning) or a dash of cinnamon.
Cereal.
I have an orange, a few of those johnsonville brats, and coffee. Lol
I will make ahead breakfast bowls so I can pop in the nuker while I get ready. A bowl or a burrito. Eggs, a meat, onion, bell pepper, cheese either a little rice or potato.
Eggs work for me. I have this little egg cooker that can make omelettes, hard boiled, soft boiled and poached eggs. I just add water and in 5-10 minutes it’s done, depending on what I’m making. It’s quick, easy, and filling.
Hard boiled eggs. Make them on the weekend, keep them peeled in the fridge in baggies.
Protein shake or protein bar.
Why did the toast break up with the jam? Because it found a better spread! But seriously, avocado toast is quick, healthy, and will keep you full until lunch—just don’t forget to set your alarm so you don’t end up spreading yourself too thin!
I like to pre-make egg muffins for the week and then heat them up in the microwave and douse with hot sauce/ Texas Pete’s. You can add anything you want to them to mix it up.

Goetta in the air fryer IYKYK
protein powder and collagen powder mixed with water. eat lunch at 11
Greek yogurt and granola
Coffee and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, plus a banana. Easy, portable & inexpensive.
I do three things pretty regularly for our family that are filling, nutritious, and fast:
Oats will last me several hours, add fruit.
Grapefruit
Granola
Honestly? Get 5lbs tub of quick oats, a box of your choice of instant oatmeal, whole milk and a stick blender. Dumb all the ingredients into a large tumbler in proportion so once blended you can just drink it down and be on your way. I did this for years and it literally took less than 2 minutes to eat/drink a packet of peaches and cream instant oatmeal, a cup of instant oats, and 3 cups of milk. And that includes washing the tumbler and blender.
Scrambled eggs(add spinach or whatever veggies you like and low fat cheese). Side of toast and/or fruit.
A couple of boiled eggs and some toast. The protein will make you feel full longer.
Overnight oats
Egg mayo toast! Carb and protein
Grapefruit. Peel with a knife, cut into sections, eat with a toothpick. Takes 30 seconds to prepare, a minute to eat and five seconds to rinse your bowl and cutting board.
Oatmeal has the staying power to keep you till lunch. Eggs. You can notice the improved difference in your thinking throughout the day when you have eggs (easy protein) for breakfast. You can scramble eggs seasonings cheese and veggies, freeze it, then just nuke it in a coffee cup n dump it on a tortilla for breakfast wrap/burrito. Hummus, savory or sweet. (again protein). Easy to make and cheaper than buying little containers that some asshat sprinkled with spices. Put the phone down for half an hour and chop some fruits and veggies and toss em in the fridge for tomorrow.
Protein drinks are everywhere. They’re quick, tasty & stick with you.
I like a fried egg on toast. A breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese, and bacon takes a little longer but a good breakfast is worth it.
Premake breakfast sandwiches for the week, a quick 45-60 seconds to warm up in the microwave in the morning.
I meal prep breakfast sandwiches or burritos for the family and freeze them. I’ll make like 6 dozen at once for my family of four.
Right now it’s burritos. They’re filled with eggs, chorizo, onions, refried beans, and cheese. I dip mine in salsa.
Edit: to make mornings faster, I take four out of the freezer the night before to thaw in the fridge. Then everyone just pops theirs in the microwave for a minute and has breakfast before work/school.
Scrambled eggs
Greek yogurt with some fresh fruit
2 glasses of Chardonnay
