I was at the smoke shop today and was using my Apple Pay and accident used my dads credit card on it. Ik it will say “market and smoke” on card statement that will get mailed in a month. What should I do?? Is there any way to edit the mailed statement? And no I’m not here to be lectured about how I should just admit it. I could say I was just buying exotic snacks or something or that was the only store open that late since it closes kinda late. Main issue is my mom hearing anything because she will just say “sureeee” knowing I’m lying. And advice in the comments? I’m old enought to buy it but don’t want to disappoint my parents. Would some correction tape on the letter do anything before he opens it or is that dumb?

Go get some of the snacks and shit before the statement with a dif card and “come clean” before they get the statement. Be like letting you know now why youll get this charge i wanted some snacks i couldnt get anywhere else
Why is this a big deal at all?
And yes, they’ll notice if someone has whited out a line on the statement, lol. That’s just drawing attention to something that they otherwise might not even notice at all.
