I’m super self aware all my therapists tend to comment on how self aware I am but it’s not as fun as you think it would be it’s much harder to do traditional therapy since I already know how I feel and why I feel that way and all that stuff I don’t know why I’m so self aware

What are you aware about? What has your therapist called out and you’re like you already know?
Self awareness is half the challenge.
Use your therapy sessions to then focus on solutions rather than understanding/self awareness.
Nothing bad with being self aware. It saves you from a lot of turmoil.
What does that mean?
