I was a supervisor for a team and we were all WFH and daily I would have at least one person whose internet “just stopped working” and were forced to call IT. We eventually provided 5G hotspots as backups to their ISPs so if they disconnected their internet, they would then switch to the hotspots. No real way to enforce anything like that in a work from home setting though. Masterful gambit, OP.
