I’ve been at the dentist and he said i had acid “cavities” on my teeth. Anyone else got this?
Acid reflux, energy drinks, too much fruit. It’s pretty common these days. It’s called erosion, not cavities, though. It’s harder to handle, too.
It means you have tooth decay, probably due to a bad diet (lots of sugar/juice/pop etc/) and don’t brush enough. Get on top of it now because living with bad tooth hygiene is a right pain in the arse, as I unfortunately have learned the hard way.
