If genderswaps have a child, wouldn’t it be just a clone of one of them?

If you take two humans: a male and a female with exact same genes except the X/Y chromosome, make them have a baby, would genes of this baby be a copy of one of the parents’ genes?

Even though they’re the same person just swapped, I think that the genes and DNA could be more of one thing than the “parents” have.

Like if the parents are a quarter Asian, half white, and a quarter black, the kid could come out with more Asian, a bit less white, and maybe the same amount of black.

Not sure if that makes any sense but that’s what I’d think would happen.

No. Genetics are weird…. But in this hypothetical, let’s say that any single one of their traits could have a dominant and recessive gene (they’re brunette with a blonde gene/brown eyes with a blue gene/ type Ao blood)

If you look at a punnet square, the kid could get an XX, Xx, Xx, or xx. Take that premise but with every trait, then also account for some weird gene mutations or expressions.

The child would probably look very similar to either (both?) parent, but wouldn’t be a clone.
